Christina Pasanen: Christina Pasanen is the VP of Talent Networks at Notable Capital, where she leads the talent and board team focused on building high-performing leadership teams and supporting portfolio companies across the employee lifecycle. Prior to joining Notable, Christina worked at Uber across various talent acquisition functions, including executive talent, and led the sourcing team for EMEA. She began her career in the CEO and board practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York City. Christina holds a B.S. from George Washington University and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Amsterdam.
Esther Kim: Esther Kim is the Manager of Talent Networks at Notable Capital, where she cultivates quality, long-term relationships to support portfolio companies and the startup ecosystem. Prior to joining the firm, Esther led company-wide executive sourcing and talent intelligence at DoorDash. She was also a member of the Global Technology & Services (GTS) practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where she conducted C-suite-level searches globally, with a specialization in product and technology leaders. Esther holds a B.A. in Global Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
